This was an amazing experience! Catalin (Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills) Notice was an awesome salesperson and his manager, was terrific as well. They were very upfront with their pricing, very easy to work with, and had excellent communication. I got the exact hot car I wanted for the price I wanted, and they worked with me every step of the way. Originally bought my Lexus here in 2022 and now my sister has bought her second Lexus here at this dealer. The team here originally gave me an amazing deal in 2022, but they were able to give my sister a good deal as well. We’re both happy with our cars! Highly recommend this dealer for the best deals in town. No other dealership compares.
This dealership is a sad excuse for a Lexus dealership. Rude customer service, shady deals, and uninformed salespeople. Jun the sales manager was quite possibly the rudest person I’ve dealt with when trying to purchase a car…in cash for what it’s worth. I took my business to Lexus of Santa Barbara and I recommend you do the same for the best deal and customer service in town.
Recently had a very positive experience at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I was able to pick up a 2024 Lexus RX 350 during December Sales Event. My sales consultant was Catalin, who provided amazing service with respect & patience. I actually canceled my plan earlier to get a new car but Catalin called & offered me a nice deal & better trade in value for my 2021 Lexus ES that I couldn’t deny. Transaction was very smooth & transparent. Thanks to Catalin & Jim Falk Lexus management for their wonderful client dedication service.
They tried to charge me nearly $2000 to buy-out my own leased car. Refused to help when I didn't want to pay more than was on my original contract.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here to purchase a new car, the NX350. Starting off, Ellie, the sales associate was awkward as hell, stand-offish and uninformative when it came to features of the car. It’s important to note that I have been driving the same Corolla for the past 10 years, so having info about modern safety features would be nice. I planned on trading in my car but neither Ellie, nor the manager Joon, who had a ego complex and raised his voice at me and my husband, didn’t even want to discuss numbers straight up said “we don’t want your car”. Well Joon, that’s fine because I went to Lexus at Santa Barbara and they wanted my car and got my money instead. I BOUGHT MY LEXUS IN CASH AND MONEY WAS OF NO ISSUE!!! Truthfully, I wanted to my purchase my vehicle from this location as I expected high quality service but this place is CHEAP as hell. The front desk lady served us cookies that were placed on the backside of a yellow notepad. Yes, a yellow notepad that is used for scratch work in Beverly Hills. This place is a joke and not worth having “Beverly hills of Lexus” on the back of my car. I took my money and my Corolla to Santa Barbara Lexus where the entire transaction was done without any negative remarks or rudeness from the dealership employees. And I got my new car, the 2024 NX350H for a CHEAPER price at Santa Barbara. If you read this review please go to Santa Barbara and ask for Roy or James instead. You won’t regret it. But shopping at Beverly Hills Lexus? Yeah you’ll regret it. :)
This place is a nightmare. The sales rep, the financing crew, beginning to end. Glad to never go back there Again. Getting hounded for months after driving off the lot and having the car at home. These people are relentless and shady.
Only good part was the test drive of the car that I ended up getting. Sad that the person doing the test drive wasn’t who actually helped sell the car.
I came in for a Lease Buy Out and had the pleasure of working with Eliana (she was great and this review does not reflect my experience with her). After telling Eli I would be purchasing my vehicle with Cash I was then introduced to Nora Halstead (sales manager) to try and upsell me into a new lease/car. The interaction with Nora was one of the rudest, hostile, and unprofessional experiences as I was unwilling to entertain her sales pitch to get into a new car and use the cash I was purchasing the car back with as upfront payments for 36 months. Once she realized I wasn’t open to turning my car in for a new lease she stormed off without acknowledging me, thanking me for my time, or treating me like a valued customer. Two members of my family have leases with Jim Falk Beverly Hills and will now be taking their business elsewhere upon lease end (one already has due to a similar poor experience at lease end). I recommend this dealership train their sales team on treating their ‘valued’ customers with more respect moving forward.
